Referral Program
As time passes, your housing needs may change, or perhaps someone in your family, or a friend, are looking for a new home. Our office and Show Home staff are always happy to provide you with information about where we are currently building, our product lines and pricing.
When you refer someone to Active Homes, we will show our appreciation to you by providing you a $1,000 referral fee if you are not an existing client of Active Homes, and a $2,500 referral fee if you are! Referral fees will be paid once the referred takes possession of their new home.
Please ensure to fill out and submit the below for you and your referral prior to them writing a contract to get registered!
